When we first envisioned D5 Consulting Group, we knew it would be a leap of faith. During COVID, Sam was a subcontractor for another training company, and he and I often talked about our belief that we could open our own company and put our own mark on things. With over 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing for me and Sam almost 20 years working in many capacities including training, we both saw a pressing need for comprehensive, engaging training that went beyond simply checking a box. Our goal was to create an environment where participants left with practical skills and insights they could immediately apply. That’s how D5 Consulting Group was born. After three years of Sam being the solo trainer, I left corporate America to fully dedicate myself to growing the business and I haven't looked back.
A Family Affair
Our journey began as a small venture with a singular vision: to provide top-notch training that makes a real difference. Over the past five years, we've seen exponential growth, expanding from just one trainer to a robust team of six, along with a dedicated student intern. This growth has been fueled by our passion and the unwavering support of our family.
Incorporating our children into the business has been one of our greatest achievements. Sammy and Aaron, our sons, have taken on roles in training, bringing fresh perspectives and dynamic energy. Our daughter, Tasha, assists with administrative tasks, ensuring our operations run smoothly. This family-centric approach not only strengthens our bond but also brings diverse insights and a collaborative spirit to our work.
