Aaron Davis
Aaron, a native of Endicott, NY, and a proud alumn of Union-Endicott High School, is currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics with a Minor in Economics, setting his sights on a promising career in the fields of Business and Finance.

Beyond his academic pursuits, Aaron finds great fulfillment in working with young individuals, empowering them to express their voices while fostering an atmosphere of respect. One of Aaron's standout qualities is his commanding presence in a classroom setting, which proves to be an invaluable asset.

Sammy Davis Jr.
Sammy Jr. pursued his education at Alfred University, focusing on Health and Fitness Management. He has since embarked on a fulfilling career as a Fitness Ambassador at Dick's House of Sport, where he shares his passion for fitness and well-being.
Sammy is a certified personal trainer through NASM and actively contributes his expertise to Choice Fitness, his personal training business.

Bob Charpinsky
Bob brings over 18 years of law enforcement experience. He is also the Vice President and Co-Founder of Devil Dog Concepts, where his entrepreneurial drive and commitment to innovation are evident. Bob's expertise includes firearms instruction, defensive tactics, and training, making him a valuable asset to both the law enforcement and tactical communities. His background also includes service as a former SWAT team member, where he excelled as a Sniper / Observer, and as a United States Marine Corps - Reserve member, reflecting his unwavering dedication to service and leadership.

Bob is recognized for his stedfast commitment and relatable nature, qualities that make him an exceptional trainer. We are ecstatic to have him as one of the newest trainers at D5 Consulting Group LLC, specializing in Workplace Violence/Active Shooter Training. This role allows him to share his extensive knowledge and experience with others, contributing to the safety and security of workplaces.
Additionally, Bob is involved in our newest Student Success program for Incarcerated Individuals, showcasing his commitment to education and rehabilitation efforts within the corrections system.

Matt Barcak
With a distinguished career marked by dedication and excellence, Matt is a standout in the field of law enforcement. His current role includes serving as a detective, a SWAT team leader and a member of the Marine Unit. Matt has earned numerous commendations for his outstanding service, including multiple Lifesaving Awards. Matt holds multiple specialized law enforcement certifications in the fields of training, digital forensics and other specialties.
His commitment to excellence extends beyond his current role, as he also brings a wealth of experience from his time in the New York Army National Guard. In his deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, he served in Military Intelligence and as an Infantry squad leader and received multiple commendations.
In addition to his impressive military and law enforcement background, Matt pursued higher education at Binghamton University after graduating with honors and distinction from Maine Endwell High School in 2003.
We are proud to welcome Matt as one of the newest trainers at D5 Consulting Group LLC. His expertise includes delivering specialized programs in Active Shooter/Workplace Violence and cybersecurity/social media safety. Matt's dedication to excellence and his strong leadership skills make him a valuable addition to the D5 team.

Matt Blazey
After completing his studies in Communication at SUNY Oneonta, where he also played collegiate lacrosse, Matt embarked on a career spanning over 20 years, working with nonprofit organizations regulated by the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). His work on Long Island and in the local community has been instrumental in enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. In addition to providing direct support, Matt has been a dedicated manager and trainer, ensuring that staff are well-equipped to deliver the highest quality care.

Matt's extensive experience includes sitting on Residential and Incident Review Boards, conducting training in Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention (SCIP-R), Approved Medication Assistive Personnel (AMAP), CPR/AED, and First Aid. He has also played a key role in overseeing state audits and the opening of OPWDD-funded certified residences and day habilitation programs.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Matt's commitment to his community is evident in his personal life, where he is deeply involved in raising his two children alongside his wife. His dedication to both his work and his family showcases his strong ties to the community and his passion for making a positive impact.
Matt is a proud Union-Endicott alumnus with deep roots in the Endicott community, where his family has lived for generations. An athlete at heart, Matt has been actively involved in sports throughout his life, excelling in lacrosse, soccer, basketball, and golf. His passion for the outdoors is also reflected in his love for catch-and-release fishing, a hobby he continues to enjoy.

Tonia Blazey
Tonia's journey in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities began at a young age through volunteering, which quickly evolved into a lifelong career. With over 20 years of experience, Tonia has dedicated her life to working with nonprofit organizations regulated by the
Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) and the Office of Mental Health (OMH) on Long Island and in our local community.

A graduate of SUNY Oneonta with a degree in Human Ecology, concentrating in Child and Family Studies, Tonia has a rich background in providing comprehensive care, managing teams,
and training staff to deliver exceptional support. Her expertise includes opening and operating state-funded day habilitation programs, participating in incident and review boards, and
conducting specialized training in Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention (SCIP-R), Approved Medication Assistive Personal (AMAP), CPR/AED, and First Aid.

Beyond her professional achievements, Tonia is also a certified lifeguard and swim instructor with over a decade of experience ensuring water safety for people of all ages. She is deeply rooted in the Broome County community, where she has spent more than 10 years raising her
family, volunteering in local schools, and actively participating in Girl Scout troops and PTA initiatives.

team. Her passion for spreading awareness and providing person-centered support is evident in every aspect of her work.

Roger Hanson
Roger is a strategic, action-oriented people leader with extensive experience in optimizing organizations across industries, including Technology, Media, and Healthcare. His expertise in human resources, leadership, and organizational development makes him an invaluable member of the D5 Consulting Group training team.

In addition to his corporate accomplishments, Roger is the owner of Owego Home, a residential and commercial interior design firm. Balancing his entrepreneurial spirit with his passion for people development, Roger brings a unique perspective to our training programs. His exclusive role with D5, alongside running Owego Home, makes his contributions even more exceptional.
Roger’s impressive career includes serving as Vice-President of People for Callisto Media and RubiconMD, where he successfully led high-performing teams and created people-focused brands. He holds a B.A. from Texas Christian University and is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
